You may submit a request for a refund or partial credit if your ad was never posted after a paid ad submission, due to error on the part of Sell It Now Motors.

If you feel at any time that you submitted a legitimate ad, and due to error your ad was never posted on Sell It Now Motors, you may qualify for a refund or partial credit towards the full purchase price of that advertisement, and/or we will assist you in re-submitting and posting the advertisement. Sell It Now Motors is allowed two business days to post your ad on our website. Sell It Now Motors is not responsible for image posting. Each user is supplied with a user name and login, which they should use to post their photos and update their ad to ensure its accuracy.

Here's how to request a refund or partial credit:

1. E-mail us at customerservice@sellitnowmotors.com.



2. State that you incurred problems and that you paid for the ad submission and your ad was never posted.



3. Make sure that you have given us the merchant name and sellitnowmotors.com user name so that we can identify you and apply the proper refund or partial credit to your account. In order to help us identify the errors, please include any additional information that may be useful, such as the invoice number, ad title, contact number, and email address.

Sell It Now Motors will generally apply approved credits to your account within 15-30 business days. If we have any questions about your refund or partial credit request we will contact you.
